Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the ECOVIALIS website and form part of the contract between you and ECOVIALIS LTD.
1. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to consumers purchasing products through our website for delivery within the European Union and the United Kingdom.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Euro or Pound Sterling as applicable and include VAT where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or unavailability.
3. Payment
Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers at the time of order. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorised.
4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 3–7 business days within the EU. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
5. Cancellation and right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
6. Returns and refunds
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging and with safety seals intact, except where the item is faulty or not as described. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
7. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement, refund or store credit as appropriate.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
